Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We will ship to all of Canada and the USA. All orders are shipped tracked and insured, and depending on the order value may require a signature for pickup.

Orders of $175 or more qualify for Free Shipping (large weight/size volume orders may not qualify)

Shipping cost (Expedited) for Canadian orders:

British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan: $13
Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec: $16
Maritime Provinces and Northern Territories: $19

Shipping cost (Xpresspost) for Canadian orders:

British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan: $32
Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec: $38
Maritime Provinces and Northern Territories: $44

Shipping cost for US orders will be calculated based on current postal rates.

WE SHIP ORDERS ONCE EACH WEEK - on Mondays. If your order is placed on a Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday (6 days later).

Customer Responsibility:

When making an order please ensure your contact information is accurate and complete to avoid shipping/delivery errors and delays. Failure to provide complete and/or accurate details may cause your item to be returned to us, or in some cases lost by Canada Post. Returned orders will be subject to revised shipping charges. Outdoor Pursuits Canada will not be held liable for replacement or compensation of delayed or lost shipments due to customer input information errors.

Outdoor Pursuits Canada is not responsible for any confiscations by Canada or USA customs or any other law enforcement agency. The buyer is responsible for knowing and following all local and international laws for any items purchased or shipped from Outdoor Pursuits Canada.

Outdoor Pursuits Canada promotes safe handling use and storage practices with all knives, tools and outdoor equipment, and is not responsible for injury/damage to person/property resulting from unsafe/unlawful use or storage practices.

International Customers:

It is important that international customers check with local customs or importation authorities before ordering from Outdoor Pursuits Canada as we cannot be responsible for items that are seized or returned. All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties in their country. These customs, brokerage fees and taxes are beyond Outdoor Pursuits Canada's control and the customer is responsible for any and all fees beyond our primary shipping charges.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout - but you can view an accurate shipping rate (by clicking the Calculate Shipping and Handling button) while viewing your cart prior to checkout. All items are shipped tracked, insured and signature required for pickup.

Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened, STOCKED items within 30 days of delivery for a Full Refund, subject to approval.

Original Cost for shipping is non-refundable.

No returns or exchanges on clearance items (items sold from our Bargains & Deals section).

No returns or exchanges on any Book, Manuals or personal items (ie water bottles, etc).

No returns or exchanges on Firma Energywear Clothing (returns for manufacturers defects within 30 days of purchase will be allowed).

You may return products with manufacturers defects within 30 days of delivery.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your item back to us - however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements will be subject to management approval and may be approved or denied at our sole discretion.
