Legal/Ethical Responsibility:

By purchasing any item from Outdoor Pursuits Canada , the buyer certifies that he/she is of legal age and in compliance with their local, state/provincial, federal laws and importation laws for their country and is legally able to purchase/own/use these items. Outdoor Pursuits Canada is not responsible for any non-compliance with any laws.

Outdoor Pursuits Canada does not knowingly sell  knives, swords or similar products to minors or individuals who may not legally acquire such items.  We promote legal and ethical use of all the products we sell.

Customer Responsibility:

When making an order please ensure your contact information is accurate and complete to avoid shipping/delivery errors and delays.  Failure to provide complete details may cause your item to be returned to us by Canada Post. Returned orders will be subject to revised shipping charges.

Outdoor Pursuits Canada is not responsible for any confiscations by Canada or USA customs or any other law enforcement agency. The buyer is responsible for knowing and following all local and international laws for any items purchased or shipped from Outdoor Pursuits Canada. 

Outdoor Pursuits Canada promotes safe handling use and storage practices with all knives, tools and outdoor equipment, and is not responsible for injury/damage to person/property resulting from unsafe/unlawful use or storage practices.

International Customers:

It is important that international customers check with local customs or importation authorities before ordering from Outdoor Pursuits Canada as we cannot be responsible for items that are seized or returned. All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties in their country. These customs, brokerage fees and taxes are beyond Outdoor Pursuits Canada's control and the customer is responsible for any and all fees beyond our primary shipping charges.

Corrections, Errors, and Omissions:

Prices, quantities available, product descriptions and product images are subject to change without notice.  Any differences between the information on our website and the actual product are due to changes by the manufacturer and are beyond our control.  We strive to keep our website up-to-date at all time and make every effort to maintain accurate information on our website, but should an error occur we reserve the right to correct/cancel/revise orders, and correct/cancel/remove information on our website.

Limitation of Liability:

Outdoor Pursuits Canada  assumes no responsibility to you or any third party for the consequences of any inaccuracy, error or omission on our website, or our affiliates/partners regardless of cause.

Bargains and Deals:

All items sold from our "Bargains and Deals" sections are considered final purchases.  There will be no refunds/returns for these items.

OPC Bucks Store Credit Program:

All customers will accrue 5% in OPC Bucks (store credit), calculated based upon their order total before taxes.  Orders where a coupon code is used will not accrue OPC Bucks.

Free Shipping Promotions:

If a promotional coupon code for Free Shipping is used - we will ship the order Expedited.  Xpresspost and Prority Shipping is not available for orders where a Free Shipping coupon code is used.

Due to an increase in credit card fraud - all US orders, and all Canadian orders over $300 must be made via a VERIFIED PAYPAL account or EMAIL MONEY transfer.  Any orders that meet this criteria and are paid via credit card will be assessed on a case by case basis.  Orders that we determine to be suspicious will be refunded immediatly.  We appreciated your co-operation and understanding.
