Shipping

 

We will ship to all of Canada and the USA.  All orders are shipped tracked and insured, and all orders over $100 require a signature for pickup.  Instant shipping quotes are available once you have added an item to your cart.

Orders for in-stock items received before 12:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) will be shipped the same day whenever possible.  Orders for in-stock items received after 12:00 P.M (Mountain Time) will be shipped the next business day.

Orders for "Special Order" items will be shipped when they become available (typically within 3 weeks from date of purchase).

Customer Responsibility:

When making an order please ensure your contact information is accurate and complete to avoid shipping/delivery errors and delays.  Failure to provide complete details may cause your item to be returned to us by Canada Post. Returned orders will be subject to revised shipping charges.

Outdoor Pursuits Canada is not responsible for any confiscations by Canada or USA customs or any other law enforcement agency. The buyer is responsible for knowing and following all local and international laws for any items purchased or shipped from Outdoor Pursuits Canada. 

Outdoor Pursuits Canada promotes safe handling use and storage practices with all knives, tools and outdoor equipment, and is not responsible for injury/damage to person/property resulting from unsafe/unlawful use or storage practices.

International Customers:

It is important that international customers check with local customs or importation authorities before ordering from Outdoor Pursuits Canada as we cannot be responsible for items that are seized or returned. All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties in their country. These customs, brokerage fees and taxes are beyond Outdoor Pursuits Canada's control and the customer is responsible for any and all fees beyond our primary shipping charges.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout - but you can view an accurate shipping rate (by clicking the Calculate Shipping and Handling button) while viewing your cart prior to checkout.  All items are shipped tracked, insured and signature required for pickup.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened, STOCKED items within 30 days of delivery for a Full Refund, less a 15% restocking fee.

You may return most new, unopened SPECIAL ORDER items within 30 days of delivery for Store Credit, less a 15% restocking fee. 

No returns or exchanges on any Book or Manuals.

You may return products with manufacturers defects within 30 days of delivery.  Refunds for products with manufacturers defects will not be subject to a restocking fee, when returned in accordance with our return policy. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements will be subject to management approval and may be approved or denied at our sole discretion.
